Hoosier Tent reserves the right to install and take down equipment within 7 days of the event. There is an additional charge for installation on concrete or non-stake able surfaces. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCATATING ALL UNDERGROUND UTILITIES PRIOR TO SET-UP DATE. This is usually a free service from your utility locator service and is necessary to ensure protection. Please note that it is also the responsibility of the property owner to identify and locate private underground obstacles such as sprinkler systems, septic systems, septic lines, electrical and gas lines or other installations other than that of the utility companies.
