Check with a sales associate for current pricing. Special rates for longer rental can be quoted on request. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All rentals are on a cash, major credit card or pre-approved basis. A security deposit may be required on some rental items. While our inventory is extensive, reservations are recommended to guarantee the items desired. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO SET UP DATE, unless prior arrangements have been made. Refunds of payments can be made before delivery. China, silver, glassware, etc. are clean and wrap for delivery. For sanitary reasons, items must be rinsed immediately after use. Please DO NOT rewrap. Linens are clean and table-ready; please return linens debris-free with hangers or containers as they were delivered. All delivered items are counted on site. Our count of items must be accepted unless Hoosier Tent & Party Rental is notified. All goods must be returned in original containers. Damaged or lost items will be charged at current market repair or replacement value. Breakage, chipping or shortages will be charged on date of return. Thank you for your cooperation
