Signed quote, credit card form, temporary structures addendum (tents only) and 25% non-refundable deposit
Remaining balance is due. No refund if you reduce or cancel w/in 30 days of event
Final order for linens is due. Send map and/or description for tent placement.

Monday prior to event email will be sent regarding delivery and final add-ons must be reserved.
