WINTER RATE (November 1 – March 17): During the winter months, tent rental prices are 1.5x the listed price for all tents and solid sidewalls due to additional setup considerations, weather-related challenges, and increased wear on equipment in colder conditions. Window sidewalls are not available for rent during this timeframe as they do not provide adequate protection against winter weather. We recommend solid sidewalls to ensure your guests stay warm and comfortable throughout your event.

Our winter rates apply to the following tent rentals:

• Pole Tents
• Frame Tents
• Solid Tent Sidewalls
