Tent Notifications and Permits:
- Tent, event & signage permits are a customer’s responsibility to determine if one is needed and to obtain. For general information on permit, license, and notification requirements, visit Hoosier Tent’s Permit and Notifications Page. This information is provided for convenience only, is not exhaustive, and may not be current. Customer remains solely responsible for all requirements and should contact the appropriate local authorities with questions.
Pole Tents require an additional ten feet and Frame Tents require an additional five feet for staking. Customer is responsible for measuring the area prior to reserving. If a site visit is requested/needed, then the delivery fee is required to be paid prior to scheduling. The delivery fee is nonrefundable but will apply towards the order.
811 (marking for utilities): Hoosier Tent & Party Rental will contact 811 to have utilities marked prior to delivery. Customer is responsible for marking irrigation, septic, and any lines running past the meter. If private utilities need to come out in addition to 811, then additional fee will be paid for by the customer.
Tent Notifications and Permits: It is a customer’s responsibility to determine if a permit is required and to obtain a permit for a tent, event, and/or signage. All fees to be paid for by the customer. To learn more: Hoosier Tent & Party Rental Tent & Notification Page.
